Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, Ovanie Lingerie does not accept the return or exchange of any lingerie items once they have been delivered. All purchases are considered final sale.

How do I take care of my underwear? – We strongly recommend hand washing at 20°, ideally placed in a mesh bag.
